Development of a remote system for issuing and personalising DESFire EV3 contactless cards

Summary

The Asturias Transport Consortium (CTA) is procuring the development, configuration and installation of a web-based system for the remote issuance and personalisation of contactless Mifare DESFire EV3 transport cards. The system will support card setup and personalisation while keeping control of security and sensitive information within the CTA; the contract is a single, non-lotted service lasting six weeks. It also includes a three-year warranty, a €3,000 (excluding VAT) allowance for evolutionary software development during the warranty period, and approximately four hours of technical training.
