Construction of the service building for the future companion-animal cemetery in Valladolid

Summary

The tender concerns the complete construction of a single-storey service building for the future companion-animal cemetery in the southern part of Las Contiendas Cemetery in Valladolid. The works include foundations, a steel structure, façades and roof, internal partitions and finishes, water and drainage systems, electrical installations, telecommunications, ventilation, heating and cooling, fire protection, paving and the immediate surroundings. The building has approximately 194.80 m² of usable floor area, 217.30 m² of enclosed built area and 282.80 m² of total built area including the porch. The works also include the civil works and pre-installations needed for a future crematorium, but not the supply or installation of the cremation furnace, cremulator, fuel-oil tank or commissioning of the crematorium activity. The estimated contract value is EUR 473,374.99 excluding VAT, while the tender budget including VAT is EUR 572,783.74. The works must be completed within 180 days, or six months, from the day after the site-setting-out inspection record is signed.
