The procurement covers technical services to plan a northern connection from the Cheste Educational Complex to the municipal CV-3845 road. The work includes analysing options and technical and economic feasibility and preparing a costed appraisal, preparing the construction execution project, a health and safety study or basic study, a construction-waste management study, works supervision and management, and health and safety coordination during construction. The contract is not divided into lots. The costed appraisal is due within 15 days and the construction project within 30 days; the project period depends on approval of the appraisal. Works supervision and coordination will last for the construction period, with associated completion and warranty periods. The estimated contract value is EUR 24,007.50 excluding VAT; VAT is EUR 5,041.58, making the total maximum budget EUR 29,049.08. Bids must not exceed that ceiling. Bids may be submitted by companies already admitted to the relevant categories of the dynamic purchasing system, which will receive an invitation. The minimum bid period is ten calendar days from the invitation. Bids must be submitted electronically and signed by the company’s legal representative; only one bid is permitted. Price is worth up to 50 points and the technical team’s additional relevant experience up to 50 points. Bidders must meet the turnover, professional indemnity insurance and previous similar-service requirements and provide a guarantee equal to 5% of the contract award amount.
