Framework agreement for construction works for renewable energy generation facilities, energy-transition electrical installations and electric vehicle charging infrastructure

Summary

This is a framework agreement with an initial duration of one year and an option to extend it by up to three years. It will select companies to build renewable energy generation facilities, electrical installations linked to the energy transition and electric vehicle charging infrastructure. The scope may also include design preparation, supply-point and grid-connection procedures, permits, legalisation, commissioning, technical documentation and other related works. The procurement is divided into eight sublots covering photovoltaic installations and charging infrastructure, with works below EUR 500,000 and works between EUR 500,000 and EUR 2,400,000, including combined design-and-build sublots. The estimated total framework value is EUR 228,000,000 excluding VAT, with a framework tender budget of EUR 47,500,000 excluding VAT. Bidders must submit the required single tender package, meet the suitability and technical requirements, and be able to perform the specified construction, legalisation, safety and documentation tasks. The stated submission deadline is 10 October 2026.
