Summary

ICEX is procuring a single, integrated service to analyse, develop, refactor, maintain, support and evolve its information systems and digital process solutions, including electronic administration, business intelligence and Appian low-code applications and integrations. The work includes new functionality, testing, incident and service-request handling, technical support, performance and security improvements, and ongoing service management; no lots are planned. The initial contract runs for 23 months and is based on a team of 12 professionals and an estimated 34,320 hours, including a 120-hour bank for out-of-hours work.
