Administration and maintenance of AEMPS IT systems and communications networks

Summary

The Spanish Agency for Medicines and Health Products (AEMPS) is procuring an integrated service to administer, operate, maintain and provide technical support for its IT systems and communications networks. The work covers two data centres and related infrastructure, corporate systems and Microsoft Azure cloud services, including network, server, database and data-platform support, preventive, regulatory and corrective maintenance, and disaster-recovery assistance. The contract has an initial term of 24 months and is estimated at 12,048 service hours; it is not divided into lots.
