Post-warranty maintenance of IT equipment

Summary

The General Directorate of Border Police is procuring post-warranty IT support in three lots, with an estimated total value of EUR 306,639.22. Lot 1 covers 24 months of support for eight virtual servers and their database software; Lot 2 covers 24 months of support for 24 servers, three storage arrays, virtualization software and backup software; Lot 3 covers 36 months of support for 59 multifunction devices and one central print-management server and its software. Services include on-site, telephone and email assistance, troubleshooting, configuration, maintenance, software updates and functional checks, delivered at the authority’s locations in Bulgaria.
