New changing rooms on the west side of San Román Football Ground

Summary

The Municipal Sports Institute of Santander is procuring the refurbishment and reorganisation of the spaces beneath the west stand at San Román Football Ground. The works will provide four team changing rooms, an accessible changing room, entrance lobbies and a technical installations room, and renew the plumbing, drainage, electrical, hot-water and ventilation systems. The works are to be completed within four months; the estimated contract value is €231,481.74 excluding VAT (€280,092.91 including VAT). The contract is not divided into lots.
