Adaptation of the West Classroom Building car park to fire-safety and universal-accessibility requirements

Summary

The Universitat de València is procuring construction works to bring the car park at the West Classroom Building on the Tarongers Campus into compliance with fire-safety and universal-accessibility requirements. The works will remedy identified deficiencies, adapt the installations to the applicable requirements and include adjustments to ventilation openings and the façade louvre, with equivalent replacement elements where reuse is not feasible. The project is not divided into lots, has a one-month execution period and a tender budget of €67,920.10 excluding VAT (€82,183.32 including VAT).
