Maintenance of ticket sales and booking systems for state museums

Summary

Spain’s Ministry of Culture is procuring maintenance of the physical and online ticket sales and reservation system used by state museums, including management of the resulting data and maintenance of ticket-office equipment and applications. The single, non-lotted service covers 15 museums and is planned for 12 months from 22 April 2027 or, if later, from contract signature; it may be extended by up to 24 months. The base budget is €112,653.13 excluding VAT (€136,310.29 including VAT).
