Fire protection, evacuation and ventilation works in the mine and external buildings

Summary

Fundación Santa Bárbara is procuring a single, indivisible works contract to install fire-protection and evacuation systems and upgrade ventilation in the underground mine galleries and external buildings of the former Laciana Labour School, for the “La Mina en Vivo” tourism project. The works include fire doors, detection and alarm equipment, extinguishers, 21 equipped fire hose reels with 1,094 metres of steel pipework and a 12,000-litre water-storage system, ventilation equipment and 230 photoluminescent signs, together with testing and installation legalisation. The estimated value is €158,197.72 excluding VAT (€191,419.24 including VAT).
