Urban street improvements and resurfacing in Teruel, 2026

Summary

The Municipality of Teruel is procuring works to renew and resurface five urban streets: Pedro IV Street, Avenida América, Tirso de Molina Street, Camino del Arquillo and Santa Ana Street. The works include repairing weak sections, milling the existing surface and laying and compacting a new hot-mix asphalt wearing course. Associated works include renewing road markings, adjusting utility covers and inspection chambers to the new road level, and removing garage-access ramps that extend into the carriageway. The project is a single contract with an estimated execution period of 10 weeks.
