Renovation of the facade and roof of the Simón Cabarga Sports Pavilion

Summary

The Santander Municipal Sports Institute is procuring works to renew the facade and roof of the Simón Cabarga Sports Pavilion at the Ruth Beitia Municipal Sports Complex. The works include replacing the existing facade and roof with aluminium sandwich panels, reinforcing the structure, renewing rainwater drainage and roof details, restoring parts of the facade, building a sports-equipment store, and improving the access pavement. The contract is not divided into lots, has an estimated value of €675,149.35 excluding VAT (€816,930.71 including VAT), and is to be completed within six months.
