Summary
The City Council of Ávila is procuring the demolition of existing buildings and construction of a new multi-purpose pavilion at the Ciudad Deportiva. The single, indivisible project includes sports and community facilities and associated building systems and equipment, for a works period of 18 months. The estimated budget is €2,698,137.42 excluding VAT (€3,264,746.28 including VAT), with 60% co-financing from the European Regional Development Fund.
