Management and operation of catering areas at Ineco’s two Madrid offices

Summary

Ineco is seeking one operator to install, manage and run catering counters at its two corporate sites in Madrid: Paseo de la Habana 138 and the Egeo building at Avenida Partenón 4–6. The service includes supplying, preparing, replenishing and selling food and drinks, as well as installing and maintaining the necessary equipment. The offering includes hot and cold drinks, breakfasts, bakery items, ready-to-eat savoury food, salads, desserts, snacks and daily menus. The contract runs for 24 months, with an option to extend by up to 12 months; the estimated value is €1,129,544.11 excluding VAT, based on projected operating revenue, with no guaranteed minimum turnover.
