Summary

The contract covers preparing, transporting and serving a hot two-course lunch with compote to pupils at the Karol Szymanowski Music School No. 1 in Rzeszów. Service runs from contract signature, but not before 4 January 2027, through 23 December 2027, on school days from Monday to Friday, excluding school holidays, public holidays and days off under the school calendar. The estimated volume is about 135 meals per day, for approximately 180 meal days, or around 24,300 meals in total. Meals must be delivered to the school canteen at Fryderyka Szopena 28. Menus must meet the portion, nutritional, composition and food-safety requirements in the tender documents, include meat, fish, semi-meat or meat-free, and fully plant-based meals each week, and accommodate pupils’ individual dietary needs. The contractor is also responsible for tableware, serving, cleaning the canteen, and removing food waste and other waste. Staff preparing, delivering and serving meals or cleaning after meals must be employed under employment contracts. The contracting authority may exercise an option to increase the quantity by up to 25%. Price is the only award criterion. Participation requires a completed offer form and price form, a declaration that no exclusion grounds apply, and documents confirming authority to represent the bidder.
