Construction of a reinforced-concrete retaining wall for plots 4 and 5 in Son Angelats

Summary

The Sóller Town Council is procuring construction of a reinforced-concrete retaining wall for plots 4 and 5 in the Son Angelats industrial and services estate. The project includes earthworks, foundations, wall drainage, paving, fencing, landscaping with ten olive trees, demolition, safety measures and quality testing; the wall is approximately 48 metres long and about four metres high. The works are not divided into lots and have a maximum duration of 12 months. The estimated contract value is €206,628.05 excluding VAT; the total project budget, including waste management and applicable taxes, is €269,298.55.
