Renovation of Passenger Walkways 4 and 5 at the Port of Almería

The Port Authority of Almería is procuring the comprehensive renovation of passenger walkways 4 and 5 at Muelle de Ribera, used by passengers boarding and disembarking vessels. The works include removing the existing covering and installing a new secondary metal structure to support the walkways’ enclosure and roof, while retaining some existing load-bearing elements. The project is a single lot, with a 12-month execution period arranged in two six-month phases and a scheduled suspension from 15 June to 15 September 2027; the works are to be completed by 15 March 2028. The maximum budget is €1,296,003.81 including VAT.
