Adaptation of a municipal building for a school kitchen and dining room, with construction of an external service annex in Alcaucín

Summary

Alcaucín Town Council is procuring works to adapt 49.95 m² of a municipal building on Calle Carrión 2 for a school kitchen and dining room, and to construct a 22.10 m² external service annex. The works include plumbing, drainage, electrical, ventilation and extraction, gas and fire-protection installations; the dining room is designed for 136 people. The transfer and installation of the extractor hoods are included, while moving and installing the remaining existing kitchen equipment is an optional enhancement. The works are not divided into lots, have an estimated duration of three months and a tender budget of €115,941.62 including VAT.
