Interpretation and technical support for events organized by the European Institute of the Mediterranean

Summary

The European Institute of the Mediterranean (IEMed) is procuring on-demand simultaneous and consecutive interpretation for its events, with technical, audiovisual and operational support as required. Services may be delivered in person, remotely or in hybrid format, primarily in Catalan, English and French, and also in Spanish, Italian, German, Arabic and other requested languages. The single, undivided contract covers linguistic coordination, sound and audiovisual support, camera operation, streaming, recording and equipment; its maximum 2026 budget is €40,000 excluding VAT, with a one-year extension provided for.
