Toll and parking services through the Via Verde system for 36 months

Summary

The Authority for Working Conditions is procuring toll and parking services through the Via Verde system for its vehicle fleet for 36 months. The services will be used in mainland Portugal wherever Via Verde is available for tolls or parking. The current fleet consists of 130 vehicles: 2 light goods vehicles and the remainder passenger or mixed-use vehicles. The authority may add or replace vehicles during the contract. The bid must state the total price excluding VAT, an estimate of toll and parking costs based on actual use, the service commission as a percentage and its estimated amount, and VAT applicable to the commission. The contract has a maximum base value of EUR 93,000 excluding VAT. Invoices will be issued monthly for services actually used and the proposed service commission; payment is due within no more than 60 days. Price is the sole award criterion, and the lowest-priced bid wins. Bids must be submitted electronically by 11 October 2026 at 23:59 and remain valid for 66 days. Variant bids are not permitted, and no bid guarantee is required.
