Supply of printing paper to the Territorial Directorate of Education, Culture and Universities of Castellón

The procurement is for the supply of printing paper to the administrative building of the Territorial Directorate of Education, Culture and Universities of Castellón at Avda. del Mar 23, Castelló. A single delivery is required: 600 packs of A4 recycled-fibre paper, 200 packs of A4 virgin-fibre paper, 50 packs of A3 recycled-fibre paper and 20 packs of A3 virgin-fibre paper, with 500 sheets per pack. Delivery is due within 15 days of notification of the award. The estimated value is €5,064 excluding VAT and €6,127.44 including 21% VAT. The maximum unit prices excluding VAT are €5.50, €4.70, €12.68 and €9.50, respectively. Price is the only award criterion. Bids must price all four paper types; the maximum scoring weights are 60, 20, 5 and 15 points, respectively. Bidders must submit documents proving compliance with the technical and environmental requirements. The paper must meet the specified grammage, opacity, minimum 100-year permanence or durability, and suitability for printing and copying. At least 70% of the fibres must come from sustainably managed forests or recycled sources, supported by a valid certificate or recognised ecolabel; chlorine gas must not be used for bleaching. The bidder must also provide packaging images showing ecolabels and technical information. Other requirements for packaging, delivery and products are set out in the tender documents. Admission to the dynamic purchasing system also requires the specified turnover and similar-supply experience.
