Installation and maintenance of bacteriostatic units

Summary

The procurement covers the supply, installation and maintenance, under a rental arrangement, of 115 bacteriostatic units in IMBISA’s washrooms at Avenida de Daroca 294, Madrid. The units must clean, deodorise and disinfect toilets. The service includes installation, maintenance every two months, repairs, replacement of units, liquids and batteries, incident resolution, and removal of the equipment when the contract ends. Installation is generally due within one month of the notice to start the service, and continuity must be maintained during the transition from the outgoing provider. Maintenance and repair work must be carried out within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. The initial term is three years from 1 May 2027, with possible one-year extensions up to a total of five years. The estimated value is EUR 47,467.86 excluding VAT; the maximum bid is EUR 24,136.20 excluding VAT (EUR 29,204.80 including VAT). Price accounts for 90% of the evaluation; service-restoration time and the contractor’s representative’s attendance time account for 5% each. Bidders should account for the requirement to provide a qualified operative, hold the relevant biocidal-company registration and meet the other participation conditions stated below. Biocidal products must be biodegradable, supported by certificates from their manufacturer or supplier.
