Supply and installation of servers to renew the IMDEA Nutrición IT infrastructure

Summary

Fundación IMDEA Nutrición is procuring three 1U rack servers to renew its obsolete IT infrastructure, together with the required accessories, cabling, network transceivers and Microsoft Windows Server 2025 Datacenter licences. The contractor will install and configure the servers, connect them to the existing networks and storage systems, set up a Hyper-V cluster, migrate virtual machines, remove the old servers and reconfigure Veeam backup jobs. The contract includes 36 months of maintenance and advanced manufacturer support. Delivery is due within 24 weeks, and the maximum contract term is 42 months. The estimated contract value is €99,000 excluding VAT, or €119,790 including VAT. Bids must include a technical memorandum of up to 20 pages and official manufacturer evidence of the equipment’s technical compliance. Qualification requires annual turnover of at least €99,000, experience with similar contracts, a valid ENS MEDIUM-category certificate, and a contract manager and systems technician with specified education and experience. The contract is not divided into lots.
