Equipment and technology solutions for Valladolid City Council’s workplaces and ICT infrastructure
Summary
The tender covers equipment and technology to renew Valladolid City Council’s workplace IT and corporate ICT infrastructure. It is divided into four lots: office software licences; personal computers; a document anonymisation service; and a digital preservation system for the Municipal Archive. The total approved budget is EUR 259,121.50 including VAT. Lot 1 runs for two years and includes, among other items, Acrobat Standard DC, Photoshop, Power PDF Advanced and Office LTSC Standard 2024 licences. Lot 3 is a two-year anonymisation service with a minimum monthly processing capacity of 2,048 MB and five concurrent users. Lot 4 requires the supply and commissioning of two NAS systems at separate locations for digital archive preservation. The primary system must initially provide at least 80 TB of net usable capacity; the solution also includes data replication, integrity checks, installation, training, and at least two years of support and maintenance. The system must be commissioned within two months of contract signature. Each lot has its own term, pricing and possible technical enhancements, and no extensions are planned. Bidders must meet the legal capacity and suitability requirements and submit the required declarations and a bid compliant with the technical specifications.
