Municipal street cleaning service in Nambroca

Summary

Nambroca City Council is procuring municipal street and public-area cleaning services for one year, with an option to extend the contract by one additional year. The annual ceiling is EUR 127,800 including 21% VAT; the maximum total for two years, if extended, is EUR 255,600 including VAT. The contract is not divided into lots. The work covers public areas throughout the municipality of Nambroca: roads, pavements, kerbs, parking areas, squares (excluding Plaza de la Constitución, Plaza de Layos and Plaza el Reloj), pedestrian areas, paved paths in parks and boulevards, and spaces between buildings. The contractor must empty litter bins, remove weeds, clean tree pits and street planters, remove graffiti and posters, wash public spaces and street furniture, provide event-related cleaning, and clean school grounds once a year before the school year begins. The service also includes removing dog waste outside green areas, handling and transporting the waste generated, and providing an urgent-response service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The minimum ordinary service frequency is 15 working days per month. The contractor must provide manual, mechanical and mixed sweeping, with at least one team of each type. The bidder must supply the necessary staff, vehicles, machinery, tools and technical support. Waste must be sorted where possible, and environmental, occupational-safety and labour-law requirements apply. Bids are assessed on price, additional cleaning days, additional sweeping teams and the distance of the operating base used for rapid response in Nambroca. Tenderers are generally required to be registered in ROLECE and must demonstrate the required economic, financial and technical capacity.
