Cleaning service for the La Curtidora Business Centre

Summary

The tender is for cleaning the La Curtidora Business Centre premises and outdoor areas in Avilés. Work is generally performed Monday to Friday and covers, among other areas, offices, meeting rooms, corridors, toilets, stairways, shared spaces, outdoor areas and glass surfaces. Cleaning frequency varies by area and task: some work is daily, while other tasks are carried out three times a week, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, every six months or annually. The minimum service includes a yearly allowance of 200 additional cleaning hours, which may also be used to clean offices occupied by businesses at the centre. The contracting authority supplies toilet paper, which the contractor must replenish in the toilets; the contractor supplies all other necessary materials and equipment. The initial contract runs from 1 January to 31 December 2027, if awarded by then, and may be extended for one further year. The estimated value for two years is €120,060.01 excluding VAT and €145,272.61 including VAT. Bids must be submitted electronically within 15 days, counted from the day after publication of the contract notice. Price scores up to 55 points. Up to 45 points are available for additional hours (up to 300 hours per year above the base allowance), the number of employees based in Asturias (more than 30 earns 10 points; 16–30 earns 5 points), and evidence of environmental and occupational health and safety management systems (up to 10 and 6 points respectively). Variants are not permitted. Bidders must meet the registration, financial-capacity and technical-capacity requirements. Before contract signature, the successful bidder must provide a final guarantee of 5% and liability insurance of at least €1,000,000 per claim and per year. The contractor must comply with environmental, employment, wage, occupational-safety and data-protection requirements and, where applicable, take over staff eligible for transfer.
