Cleaning service for Espacio Maqua

Summary

The contract is for cleaning the Espacio Maqua building at Calle La Cámara 23, Avilés. Work is carried out Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Daily cleaning covers the entrance, lift, corridors, reception area, toilets, window sills, rooms and furniture, stairs, and replenishment of toilet paper and soap dispensers. The courtyard is cleaned weekly, while exterior windows and the courtyard receive a more thorough cleaning every two months. Daily and weekly work amounts to three hours per day, or 780 hours per year; the two-monthly cleaning requires 12 hours per visit, or 72 hours per year. The contractor supplies the necessary equipment and materials and ensures uniforms, staff training, occupational health and safety compliance, and at least one service inspection each month. The initial term runs from 1 January to 31 December 2027, with an option to extend for one additional year. The estimated value excluding VAT is €33,588.85; the budget including VAT is €40,642.51. The contract is not divided into lots. Price is worth up to 55 points and quality criteria up to 45 points: the number of employees in Asturias can earn up to 20 points, an environmental management system certificate is worth 15 points, and an occupational health and safety management system certificate is worth 10 points. Bidders must be registered in the required business register and demonstrate economic and technical capacity. The highest-ranked bidder must provide a final guarantee of 5% and civil liability insurance of at least €1,000,000.
