Water-surface cleaning service in the service area of the Port of Valencia

Summary

The contract covers cleaning the water surface in the inland waters of the Port of Valencia’s service area for 12 months. The work includes routinely removing floating and partly submerged waste, collecting and storing it at locations designated by the port authority, and being ready to respond to marine pollution, environmental emergencies and other exceptional incidents. The port authority’s LIMPIAMAR III vessel will be used; the bidder must provide a qualified skipper and sailor for it, as well as a suitable reserve vessel. The term is 12 months, with no ordinary extension. The budget ceiling is EUR 128,150 including VAT (EUR 116,500 excluding VAT), and the estimated contract value is EUR 139,800 excluding VAT. Bids must be submitted electronically. Evaluation considers the technical proposal, additional crew hours and price: up to 25 points for the technical proposal, 10 for additional hours and 65 for price. Bidders must meet the turnover, experience, crew, vessel and environmental management requirements.
