Cleaning services for the Mila González Yanes Tourism Training Technology Centre

The procurement is for cleaning services at the Mila González Yanes Technology Centre for Tourism Training in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, at 16 Goya Street. The work covers the centre’s interior areas, including toilets, communal spaces and classrooms, outdoor areas, and interior and exterior windows. Where needed, the contractor will replenish toilet paper, hand-drying paper and hand soap supplied by the centre. Services are to be provided on weekdays during daytime hours for approximately 35 hours per week: 28 hours by a cleaning operative and 7 hours by a window-cleaning specialist. The contract is a single lot and is reserved for social-initiative special employment centres and social-integration enterprises whose relevant workforce includes at least 30% people with disabilities or people at risk of social exclusion. Bidders must demonstrate the required registrations and submit their bids electronically. No minimum economic or technical solvency is required. Price is worth up to 60 points, staff training 20 points, a customer-satisfaction survey system 15 points and environmentally friendly cleaning products 5 points. To receive the training points, the bidder must provide a course of at least 15 hours for every worker assigned to the service during the first contract month.
