The tender covers routine cleaning at the Lumbreras de Cameros municipal building and the health centres in Lumbreras de Cameros and San Andrés. The service is 11 hours per week: four hours at the town hall on Monday and Thursday, and three hours at the two health centres on Wednesday. Daily tasks include cleaning surfaces, furniture, floors, bins, telephones, interior windows and toilets. Interior doors are cleaned weekly; interior and exterior windows, heating grilles, ceilings and accessible high areas monthly; vertical surfaces every six months; and a thorough general clean once a year. In exceptional circumstances, other municipally owned buildings may also be cleaned, within the contracted weekly hours and price. The contractor must provide adequate staff and replace absent staff on the same day. Cleaning tools, ordinary machinery, cleaning products, protective equipment, and bathroom supplies—including hand towels, liquid soap and toilet paper—are at the contractor’s expense. The initial term is one year, with up to three one-year extensions, for a maximum total term of four years. The first-year ceiling is EUR 14,050 excluding VAT, or EUR 17,000.50 including 21% VAT; the estimated total contract value is EUR 56,200 excluding VAT. Price is worth up to 90 points, and an offer of free additional cleaning hours is worth up to 10 points, at one point per additional hour and a maximum of 10 hours. To participate, a bidder must have the required legal capacity and be registered in the official national register of bidders, or provide evidence of a registration application submitted before the bid deadline. Separate evidence of financial, technical or professional capacity is waived.
