Cleaning services for the Torre Espioca Centre and the Valencia and Gandía offices in 2027

The procurement is for cleaning services from 1 January to 31 December 2027 at the Torre Espioca Social Reintegration Centre in Picassent and the offices of the Alternative Penalties and Measures Management Services in Valencia and Gandía. The service covers cleaning rooms, surfaces, furnishings and equipment, with routine tasks performed daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly depending on the area and task. At least 39 cleaning hours per week are required at the centre, 10 hours at the Valencia office and 6 hours at the Gandía office; up to 4 additional weekly hours may be offered at no extra charge.
