Summary

The procurement covers specialist data-centre infrastructure and equipment for EJIE’s data centre in Vitoria-Gasteiz and its ADI site in Abanto. It includes a cold-aisle enclosure for two rows of nine racks, with racks at least 48U high and 750 × 1,200 mm in size. The example complete configuration includes 18 racks, 36 metered PDUs, cable-management components, environmental and security monitoring, and transport and installation of the enclosure. The contract also covers overhead cable supports and ducts, a rack, PDUs, and copper and OM4 fibre-optic patch leads in various lengths. New fibre ducts must be compatible with the existing CommScope FiberGuide 4 × 12-inch system, and the cabling must integrate with the existing SYSTIMAX infrastructure. Bidders must submit a priced proposal for one complete cold-aisle cube and sufficient technical documentation; the supplier must inspect the existing infrastructure before delivery. Racks must have a static load capacity of at least 1,814.4 kg, a dynamic load capacity of at least 1,020.6 kg, and a warranty of at least 60 months; the separate PDU warranty is 36 months.
