Refurbishment and servicing of suspended ceilings at ESENGRA

Summary

The contract covers the comprehensive refurbishment and servicing of suspended ceilings in several rooms at the ESENGRA training school, so the rooms can be converted into classrooms and their thermal and acoustic insulation improved. The work includes removing the existing ceiling and supporting frame and disposing of the waste; inspecting electrical, heating and cooling, fire-safety and data installations above the ceiling; installing a new galvanised-steel supporting frame and mineral-wool ceiling tiles; adding supplementary insulation where required; removing, relocating and reinstalling lights and other suspended equipment; and cleaning and checking the completed areas. The estimated area is 1,451.242 m², and the contract includes materials and labour. The procurement is not divided into lots. The work will be carried out at ESENGRA using the contractor’s own resources. The maximum execution period is two months from contract signature or until the budget is exhausted, whichever comes first, and in all cases no later than 30 November 2026. The maximum tender price is EUR 59,834.71 excluding VAT (EUR 72,400 including 21% VAT). Price carries up to 90 points; the execution period carries up to 10 points: 10 points for up to 30 days, 5 points for more than 30 and up to 35 days, and 0 points for more than 35 and up to 45 days. An offer exceeding 45 days also receives 0 points for the time criterion. Bidders should account for registration, tax and social-security compliance, occupational safety, third-party liability insurance of at least EUR 100,000, and the required declarations and tender-submission conditions.
