Maintenance of Low-Voltage Electrical Installations at Northwest Railway Stations

Summary

ADIF is procuring maintenance services for low-voltage electrical installations at passenger railway stations in its Northwest regional division, in two lots: Lot 1 covers stations in Galicia and Lot 2 covers the León area. The work includes preventive, statutory and operational maintenance, repairs, technical-office services, labour, consumables, tools and spare parts, as well as major repairs when required. The contract runs for 24 months, with an optional extension of up to 36 months for each lot. Bidders may tender for one or both lots. Bidders must demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity, hold the registration required for low-voltage installation and maintenance, and provide the specified specialists and equipment. Tenders are evaluated on price (60%) and quality (40%); the qualitative section must score at least 20 points.
