Full-risk maintenance of lifts and lifting equipment at the Polytechnic University of Valencia, priced by unit rates

Summary

The tender covers comprehensive, all-risk maintenance of 183 lifts and other lifting devices belonging to the Universitat Politècnica de València, including repairs, statutory inspections and bringing specified equipment into compliance with current safety rules. The equipment is located across three campuses: Vera (161 units), Gandia (10) and Alcoi (12). Bids may cover one or more lots, and an integrated bid covering all lots is permitted. The estimated annual cost of maintenance services is EUR 166,020 in total. The two-year total, including equipment compliance works, the service-level bonus provision and VAT, is EUR 682,719.95. Bidders must submit a completed, electronically signed European Single Procurement Document and a financial offer stating unit prices.
