Remote-working management platform and related services for the Municipality of Gijón

The procurement covers access to a cloud-based remote-working management platform and its management, maintenance and security services for the Municipality of Gijón, its foundations, sports body and municipal companies. The service must support at least 497 users. The contractor will implement the service within a maximum of 15 calendar days and handle user configuration, account changes, support, training, ongoing maintenance and security, and a final usage report. The platform must meet the technical and functional specifications, be accessible to people with disabilities, and must not record the content of users’ work. The initial contract term is 24 months, with one possible extension of up to 12 months. The estimated contract value is EUR 268,558.92 excluding VAT; the budget ceiling is EUR 171,029.63 including VAT. The maximum monthly price per user is EUR 14.34 including VAT (EUR 11.85 excluding VAT). Price is worth up to 60 points, free additional users up to 20 points (60 additional users earn the maximum), and free consultancy hours up to 20 points (120 hours earn the maximum). Bidders must submit a signed European Single Procurement Document and the required price offer. They must meet the economic and technical capacity requirements, provide at least an analyst and an operator, and hold a valid information-security conformity certificate at least at Medium level. The offer must also include a commitment to provide a security risk assessment; an adequate assessment must be supplied before contract award.
