EUDI Wallet VoC – Feedback & Analytics Services Contract

Summary

The tender concerns the design, provisioning, operation and ongoing development of an integrated VoC, feedback and analytics system for the EUDI Wallet Support Organization. The supplier will provide concept and architecture development, build and operate the VoC and analytics platform, collect and analyze data, create dashboards and reports, conduct trend analyses and pattern warnings, and deliver analytical advisory services and onboarding. Operational support and core infrastructure are covered by separate contracts. The contract focuses on the development, API-based integration and governance of the VoC and analytics components.
