Pocket Therapy customized development in APP format as a complement to standard cognitive-behavioral therapy for patients with mental disorders

Summary

The tender concerns the customized development of the Pocket Therapy serious game in APP format to complement standard cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) for patients with mental disorders. It covers design and development of a WebApp-based serious game (mobile app) with an MVP that includes at least three therapeutic mini-games focused on executive functions (inhibitory control, planning, cognitive flexibility and working memory). The contract includes server-side data management, graphical/audio/narrative design, user authentication, privacy and data protection (GDPR) compliance, and multi-language support (Catalan and Spanish). The app will be developed for Android and iOS, with deployment to app stores and clinical deployment at IDIBELL facilities. The project is planned to run until December 31, 2026, with a base budget of 71,750 euros (net of VAT). Deliverables include technical documentation, user manuals, developer documentation, and a project roadmap with version/sprint planning (each sprint up to three weeks) and periodic reviews. The contractor must ensure data security, privacy, and compliance, and coordinate with IDIBELL through a Project Lead and the technical office for governance and quality control.
