Summary

The contract covers hosting Cádiz municipality’s websites on a managed, secure and highly available cloud platform. The provider must manage the virtual data centre, networks and firewall, deliver technical support and 24/7 monitoring, and provide backups. The solution must include 50 virtual machines (25 powered on), 50 GB of vRAM, 25 vCPUs at 2 GHz, 2 TB of SSD storage, at least 500 IOPS per TB, one public and two private networks, five IPSec VPNs, 10 load-balancing groups, 16 IP addresses and unlimited data transfer. The platform must be located in the European Union; virtual-machine availability must be at least 99.95%, and the service must be provisioned within three working days. Response times must be under 60 minutes for critical requests and under six hours for non-critical requests. The contract runs for one year, with one possible three-year extension. The annual tender price must not exceed EUR 14,760 excluding VAT or EUR 17,859.60 including 21% VAT; bids above the limit will be rejected. The bidder must provide a service exit plan and confirm the required capacity, registration or timely registration application, and availability of compliant resources.
