Comprehensive maintenance of the Ceuta Music Conservatory building

Summary

The contract covers comprehensive maintenance of the Ángel García Ruiz Professional Music Conservatory building in Ceuta, including preventive maintenance, minor repairs and other work needed to keep the building and its installations in good working order and condition. The contract is not divided into lots. It runs for one year from signature and may be extended for up to a further four years. The annual budget is EUR 7,000 including 4% IPSI (EUR 6,730.77 excluding IPSI); the estimated value for a maximum term of five years is EUR 33,653.85 excluding IPSI. Payment depends on services actually performed and accepted, with monthly invoicing. Price is the sole award criterion and is worth 100 points.
