Communications Network Planning Software and Domain Registration for the Joint Cyberspace Command

Summary

The contract is for the supply to Spain’s Joint Cyberspace Command of one perpetual HTZ WARFARE or equivalent licence for radio-frequency network planning and spectrum management, together with ten .com domain registrations for one year. The software must support, among other functions, radio-propagation modelling, electronic warfare analysis, signals intelligence analysis, frequencies from 10 kHz to 450 GHz, the design of different types of communications networks and digital mapping. Manufacturer support must be available 24/7, and software updates must be provided. The domain service must include 24/7 support, DNS management, a wildcard SSL certificate, transfer lock, WHOIS privacy and the option to transfer the domain to another registrar. Delivery is due within 10 days of contract signature to the MCCE in Pozuelo de Alarcón. The budget ceiling is €46,435.32 excluding VAT and €56,186.74 including taxes. The minimum warranty is 24 months; price is worth 90 points, while an extension of up to two years is worth 10 points. Bids must be submitted electronically with the required declarations and technical and price offers.
