Maintenance and upkeep of lifts at the Tierno Galván and Vivero de Empresas centres

Summary

The contract covers the maintenance and upkeep of three lifts at the Tierno Galván and Vivero de Empresas centres in Móstoles: one lift at the first centre and two at the second. Each has a 630 kg capacity and serves three stops. The work includes preventive, corrective and recommended predictive maintenance, fault repairs, rescue operations, mandatory inspections, technical advice and maintenance records. Any replacement lifts installed during the contract must also be maintained. The initial term is two years, with two possible one-year extensions, for a maximum total term of four years. Service is scheduled to start at Vivero de Empresas on 1 April 2027 and at Tierno Galván on 1 May 2027. The two-year budget ceiling is €15,125 excluding VAT (€18,301.25 including VAT); the estimated total value including extensions and possible contract changes is €36,300 excluding VAT. The procurement is not divided into lots. Bids must be submitted electronically within 10 working days of publication of the contract notice. A prior visit to both centres is mandatory, and the visit certificate must be included with the bid. Price is worth up to 70 points and qualitative criteria up to 30 points: offering an emergency resolution time of under 30 minutes earns 10 points; offering €300, €600 or €1,000 per lift for implementing mandatory safety measures earns 10, 15 or 20 points respectively. The price must not exceed €15,125 excluding VAT. Bidders must be an appropriately authorised lift-maintenance company and provide qualified, experienced staff; separate proof of financial and technical capacity is waived.
