Summary

The procurement supports a project to develop an artificial-intelligence platform for clinical decision-making in liver transplantation and is divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers the provision, configuration, maintenance and support of a web platform for managing multicentre clinical research data and high-performance computing resources (HPC, including GPU). The supplier must enable secure data collection, storage and analysis, and deliver the configured platform and database, an AI development environment, technical documentation, and regular progress and incident reports. Lot 2 covers clinical research coordination and monitoring: checking data quality, supporting participating centres and researchers, organising meetings, preparing questionnaires and assessment tools, and producing periodic and final reports. Bidders may submit an offer for either or both lots, with no limit on the number of lots they may bid for or be awarded. Both contracts run until 31 December 2027, with no extension planned. The estimated value is €37,190 excluding VAT for Lot 1 and €33,058 excluding VAT for Lot 2; the total tender budget is €85,000 including VAT. Price is an award criterion, alongside the quality of the technical proposal and relevant experience. A minimum technical score of 22.5 out of 45 is required to continue.
