Maintenance of the payroll and social security processing application for Seville City Council
Summary
The tender is for maintenance and support of the PeopleNet application used for payroll and social security contribution processing by Seville City Council’s Urban Planning and Environment Agency. The work includes guiding and supporting users, coordinating the resolution of incidents, working with data, and making necessary adjustments and developments. Services will be provided at the agency’s premises in Seville when requested, and the application must be brought to a sufficient operational level within 15 calendar days of contract award. The contract lasts one year or until the allowance of up to 700 hours is used, with an option to extend it by one additional year. Work is generally to be carried out on working days between 7:30 and 15:30. The hourly rate is €60 excluding VAT; the estimated contract value is €42,000 excluding VAT and €50,820 including VAT. Monthly invoices will cover work and hours actually performed, and use of the full hour allowance is not guaranteed. Bids will be evaluated on price and improvements to service quality. The bidder must be a PeopleNet manufacturer partner or accredited company and have the required experience. It must also provide an assigned technical specialist and project manager meeting the qualification and experience requirements described in the suitability criteria. Bidders must also account for contract-performance conditions concerning the collective agreement, subcontractors and personal-data protection.
