Tender detail
Maintenance and repair of emergency and survival equipment for police aircraft
Summary
The tender covers maintenance and repair of emergency and survival equipment used on aircraft operated by the National Police Air Unit. The equipment includes items such as life rafts and vests, fire extinguishers, air and oxygen cylinders, emergency beacons and flotation components. Work must follow EASA/AESA requirements and manufacturers’ maintenance manuals, use compliant parts and be accompanied by the required maintenance and conformity documentation. This is a single-lot procurement for 24 months from 1 April 2026, or from a later contract-signing date; extensions are not available. The budget is €139,500 and the documents state that it is tax-exempt. Bids must be submitted electronically as one signed submission, including the required declaration and economic-technical offer. Evaluation awards 80 points for adjusted unit prices, 10 for the labour rate per person-hour and 10 for the coefficient applied to spare-parts catalogue prices. The tender documents prohibit assignment of the contract and subcontracting; contract performance also requires separate collection of waste and compliance with confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
