Supply of 25 New Backup Software Licenses and Renewal of Support for 20 Licenses

Summary

The procurement covers 25 new Veeam Data Platform Essentials Universal or equivalent backup software licenses and the renewal of support and updates for 20 existing licenses for three years. The new and renewed licenses must be universal and portable, with all 45 licenses sharing the same expiry date. Support must include the manufacturer's official technical assistance, software updates, security patches and fixes. The estimated value is €11,700 excluding VAT and €14,157 including VAT; price is the only award criterion. The bid, including a signed responsible declaration and price offer, must be submitted electronically. To participate, a bidder must be registered in the required business register or show that it applied for registration before the deadline. The winning bidder must provide the required tax and social security evidence, as well as information security and data protection documents. Activation details must be delivered within five calendar days, and all information accessed during the contract must be kept confidential.
