Renewal of Veeam Backup subscription licences

Summary

The contract covers the renewal and supply of Veeam Backup subscription licences, including licence allocation, technical support, updates and licence administration. It includes a maintenance renewal for 10 sockets and 6 instances of Veeam Backup & Replication Enterprise, plus 95 Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 Flex Bundle licences for cortesclm.es and 15 for consejotransparenciaclm.es. The supplier must provide support for the duration of the licences, official manufacturer documentation confirming the licences and support arrangements, and installation or activation instructions if requested. The contract runs for 36 months, from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029; no regular extension is provided. The contract is not divided into lots and subcontracting is prohibited. The budget ceiling is EUR 37,650 excluding VAT, or EUR 45,556.50 including 21% VAT; bids must not exceed it. Price is the sole award criterion, and the lowest-priced bid receives 100 points. Bidders must submit an electronic bid including annual unit prices for the licences. Participation is subject to registration, turnover and previous-supply requirements. The number of licences may be adjusted during the contract, but the total value of modifications may not exceed 20% of the initial contract price.
