The contract covers comprehensive maintenance of electromedical equipment at Son Espases University Hospital and healthcare centres in the Ponent area: Son Espases University Hospital, Virgen de la Salud Hospital, General Hospital and Psychiatric Hospital. The service lasts four months with no extension option and includes equipment inventory and record updates, operational, predictive, preventive, technical and statutory maintenance, and corrective repairs. The contractor will manage repairs, spare parts and maintenance records and submit regular reports. Emergency assistance must be available 24 hours a day. The estimated contract value is €99,966.94 excluding VAT and €120,960 including VAT. The contract is not divided into lots. Evaluation awards up to 50 points for the financial offer, 30 for objective technical criteria and 20 for qualitative assessment of the technical proposal. Technical bonus points include shorter response and repair times, a higher materials allowance and the availability of an additional technician within two hours. The successful bidder must take over the employees identified in the tender documents. Bidders must demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity, provide at least three references for previous services, identify a team with the required qualifications and hold the installer or maintenance certificate required for the equipment. The offer must include maintenance plans for the centres and equipment groups, a technical proposal, an operational service-control plan and evidence that the system can integrate with OPTIMA. The successful bidder must provide a definitive guarantee equal to 5% of the final offer, excluding VAT.
