Maintenance service for the mass spectrometer at the Miño-Sil Hydrographic Confederation laboratory

Summary

The tender covers maintenance of the Agilent 7800 ICP-MS mass spectrometer and its associated Agilent SPS 4 autosampler at the Miño-Sil Hydrographic Confederation laboratory. The work includes preventive maintenance and fault repairs over 24 months from 1 January 2027. At least two complete preventive inspections must be carried out, following the manufacturer’s maintenance recommendations. The price includes, among other things, labour, travel, cleaning, calibration and calibration checks, as well as parts and materials needed for maintenance and repairs. Consumables replaced by the user through normal use are excluded. For faults, the contractor must respond by telephone or email within one calendar day; where an on-site diagnosis and proposed solution are needed, attend the laboratory within three working days; and resolve minor faults within three working days. Serious faults must be resolved within a maximum of two weeks, including two working days after replacement parts arrive at the laboratory. The total contract value is EUR 29,214.24, including VAT. The bidder must provide maintenance technicians with the required qualifications and experience and appoint a technical service manager.
